How will eBUY ship my order?

For shipment within the Philippines, we normally deliver by LBC, Aboitiz Express or by any other private courier and delivery services. Many of the items sold by eBuy Philippines are delivered FREE-OF-CHARGE within Metro Manila except for some extra bulky items such as home appliances and furniture. If a COD delivery is accepted (within the Philippines only), normal delivery charges plus COD fee will apply. Deliveries outside Metro Manila are charged to the customers using FLAT RATE of US$9.00 inclusive of insurance fee (additional charges for extra bulky products). All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been processed and approved.

Does eBUY ship internationally?

We ship everywhere in the world, except for a handful of countries that don't have a reliable delivery service due to war, civil unrest, or other emergency conditions. However, our merchandising program would require shipments outside the Philippines for Proudly Philippine-made Products only such as handicrafts, shellcraft, fibercraft, bamboocraft, rattan furniture and other exportable products made of native materials in the Philippines. Bulk orders require Philippine export permits/custom clearances and may require International Letters of Credit. Shipments are either airfreight or seafreight .

For shipments of small gift items or sample product from PROUDLY PHILIPPINE MADE section, we will deliver by Air Parcel or Surface Parcel Post. We will deliver international orders via UPS, SKYNET, DHL or FEDEX by special arrangement. Please let us know your requirements in the "Special Instructions" box that appears on your screen during the checkout process.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Courier Service: We use a number of different couriers because each has strengths in different parts of the Philippines or the world. For local deliveries via LBC or ABOITIZ Express, the FLAT RATE for Metro Manila delivery is US$6.00 (approximately PhP300.00) or FREE-OF-CHARGE if the order falls under the category of FREE SHIPPING marked on the shopping cart. Orders dispatched will reach their destinations within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Provincial deliveries may take 24 to 48 hours due to consolidation of orders by LBC or ABOITIZ. Flat rate for deliveries outside Metro Manila is US$9.00 (approximately PhP450.00) inclusive of insurance fee; except for products marked as FREE SHIPPING on the shopping cart. COD deliveries are arranged through ABOITIZ ONE. EBUY does not assume responsibility for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered good by special couriers such as FEDEX, DHL, SKYNET, ABOITIZ and LBC. Additional charges for deliveries of extra bulky items requiring extra packaging and crating will be made known to you by e-mail for your prior approval.

International Shipping: eBuy Philippines handles online orders of products shipped from USA to anywhere in the Philippines. We have a Procurement Office and Shipping Dispatcher located in Los Angeles, California and in other parts of North America. Courier services such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL are used for international shipments of single or small orders. These couriers and offer parcel tracking on their websites and 3 days delivery to most part of the world. However, due to the increased level of security in the world’s airline systems after the attack on the World Trade Center, additional delays may occur. Unless otherwise specified, eBuy will deliver all items marked as PRE-ORDERED from USA to Philippines via Surface Parcel Post or Air Parcel Post which you have to specify after you CHECKED-OUT. FLAT RATE for Surface Parcel Post is US$24.00 (maximum 6 lbs.) and US$22.00 (maximum 2 lbs.) for Air Parcel Post. Additional charges will apply in excess of specified weight limits. International shipments of bulk orders from PROUDLY PHILIPPINE-MADE section for export to other countries require special shipping arrangements with eBUY Philippines. International Letters of Credit may apply in some cases.

Can I have parts of my order shipped to more than one address?

Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

I only received part of my order. What's going on?

Don't panic! Everything is probably fine. Sometimes we "split" your order into two or more shipments simply because we ship from multiple locations to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. You'll only pay the base shipping charge for your order once, even we split it into several shipments.

In very rare cases, an item goes out of stock after you place your order. If this should happen, we'll remove the out-of-stock item from your order and you won't be charged for it. And, in the unusual event that we remove an item or cancel your order because something is out of stock, we'll e-mail you right away to let you know.
