print catalogers and other online merchants do not normally sell
or ship their products internationally. Therefore, your access
to a merchant's products will be restricted whenever your desired
ship-to address for a particular product falls outside the area
that the merchant normally serves.

service. When you enable trans-shipment for an address, we will
create an "alias address" which can be used whenever
